Shipping Policy 

 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 Days 

 

We deliver all over India including all Union territories.

Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days 

Shipment cost: Free 

 

Note: The days of estimated delivery will be count after dispatch of the product from our warehouse/factory.  

Shipment confirmation and order tracking 

To check your order status is to log in to our website go to the order tab and track your order. We try our best to deliver your Product within a given time or before. In case we delay in delivery we inform our customer by call/email/alerts for the status of their ordered products but it is rare that we delay in delivery. 

Installation 

We provide an installation guide with our physical product so that customers can install the product easily. If you still find any difficulty in installation, we also available on phone call/video call after request on help@riyanluxiwood.com

 

Cancel & Return 

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 07 (seven) days of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. 

 

CANCELLATION FEE 

 

A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied to the amount paid by you while processing the refund. Any cashback earned on the order prior to the cancellation will be deducted from Riyan Luxiwood credits. If the same cashback has been used completely or partially to place another order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the canceled product. 

 

 

Returns Policy 

WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN? 

All return requests raised within one day of delivery or assembly (whichever is later), will be accepted. Return requests raised after One day will be accepted for the following reasons: 

Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. In the case of minor damage (like chip-off/scratch/peel-off, torn stitches on upholstery or carpets) customers can choose not to return the item and instead request a carpenter service from Riyan Luxiwood to fix the damage through email at help@riyanluxiwood.com.   

 

Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product. Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects. 

Difference - If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape, or color) from the item image on our website. 

Part Missing - If any part is missing of the product delivered to you. Customers can raise a request for re-delivery the missing part through help@riyanluxiwood.com. Riyan Luxiwood will take immediate action after complete verification from our customer & our shipping partner.
